Vehicles are allowed on Port A beaches which are patrolled by public safety officers and where you will find pedestrian child and pet friendly zones. All traffic laws apply to beach driving including for golf carts which are available for rent and can be driven in all areas of town except the main highway TX-361 south of Avenue G.
